Day 1 - 08:00 AM: Meeting with the guide and start the journey. We have to take a short drive to visit the town of Mtskheta, which was the capital of Georgia before establishment of Tbilisi. Mtskheta is approximately 2,500 years - old and included in the UNESCO Heritage List. Here you will see Jvari Church built in the end of VI century. From here the beautiful panorama of Mtskheta, which lies between the peaks and the confluence of two rivers opens before our eyes. We continue to our culinary masterclasses in another Province and will have Imeretian Khachapuri preparation with locals. Sleep in the Guesthouse.

Day 2 - Start exploring Racha Province, drive via Picturesque Shaori Reservior to Ambrolauri, visit 10th Century Nikortsminda Cathedral and Barakoni Church - one of the important monuments of medieval Georgian architecture. Journey will be concluded in Korenishi Village with the lunch including unique wines made from grapes grown in the mountains – named: Usakhelauri (means: unnamed) at Veranda. Sleep in Lentekhi Town (in winter time, when the Pass over Zagari will be closed, we will use road Zugdidi-Mestia to get to Svaneti Province and sleep en-route in Martvili Village).

Day 3 - The next province we visit, was hidden from the world for centuries, because of its location. Svaneti region is surrounded with wild mountainous landscape, patriarchal villages and preserved traditions which re-date Christianity. The highest settlement is Ushguli, the village of Watchtowers. Walking tour in village, Taste local Kubdari – a meat filled Svanetian pastry, visit X century Lamaria church, which is famous with its amazing frescos. At the end of the day we’ll have family dinner, Svan people have a distinctive culinary culture, we will’ve opportunity during tonight’s dinner to discover their traditions and culinary features. Accommodation in the Guesthouse.

Day 4 - Continue toward village Becho, on the way we will have a few photo stops in village Kala and village Mulakhi. Via town Mestia we’ll arrive to village Becho, from where will start short trekking tour to Shguda waterfalls, which one of the tall waterfall of Georgia. We will have picnic break in the nature. On the road you can enjoy beautiful views to Ushba summit and beautiful river gorge. At the evening dinner with Barbecue at local family.

Day 5 - From the cold mountain glaciers we will continue to warm Black Sea. En route visit the Enguri Dam, the largest in the Caucasus. We arrive in Anaklia - cozy resort of Samegrelo Province with Sandy Beaches and exceptional hospitality habits. We will have a chance to rest on the Sandy Beach, then our host will introduce Traditional Dairy Farming and rich culinary traditions the family. We will participate in Georgian Supra - a feast with traditional toastmaster “Tamada” - as usual head of the family.

Day 6 – Drive to Samtskhe Javakheti province. Arrive in Borjomi and taste famous mineral water from the springs. We will enjoy 2 hours hiking in Borjomi Park along the river Borjomula and have a dinner at Nika Khachapuridze's wine cellar before check in to hotel.
Overnight in Akhaltsikhe. Meals: breakfast and diner. Distance: 200 km / 125 miles.

Day 7 - We drive to Vardzia Cave-City, en route photo stops at Rabati Castle and Khertvisi Fortress. Vardzia cave town, built in 12th Century - comprises hundreds of rooms carved into the rock, stretching for nearly one kilometer and reaching the height of 13 floors. Afterwards, we will move to another highlight of our journey - Armenia. After border formalities, change the guide and transportation. Start the Armenian part of the tour. Drive to Gyumri, the capital of the Shirak Province. Stroll down on the old and modern streets, get acquainted with Gyumri’s unique architecture. Visit the Erankyuni Studio for taking part in blacksmith masterclass. Master Gagik, who is one of the best blacksmiths in Gyumri, will help you to understand the secrets of working with iron. Day 8 - Drive to Ashtarak in the Aragatsotn Province and stopover for wine tasting at the Armenia Wine Factory, a modern winery built in the style of Armenian classical architecture, it is one of the favorite destinations for wine lovers. Visit the 7th century Karmravor Church, one of the Armenia's best intact example of a small domed church. We will visit unique "Gourmet Dourme" Chocolate Factory, where the visitors can get acquainted with history of chocolate, observe the making process, and try fine Armenian chocolate with various fillings. Drive to Yerevan.
Overnight in Yerevan. Meals: breakfast and snack during wine tasting. Distance: 150 km / 95 miles.

Day 9 - Visit one of the most beautiful monasteries in Kotayk Province, the 13th century cave monastery of Geghard, included in the UNESCO Heritage List. Continue to the 1st century Garni Pagan Temple- built by the Armenian King Tiridates and was dedicated to Sun God Mithra. Take part in the masterclass of baking traditional flatbread lavash, lunch with chicken barbeque and continue to Lake Sevan. We will have authentic dinner at Casanova Inn in Dilijan.
Overnight in Dilijan. Meals: breakfast, lunch and diner. Distance: 155 km / 100 miles.

Day 10 - Drive to Fioletovo village, drink tea from the Samovar and try some delicious popular homemade puff pastry pirojki. Continue to Khachkar Studio, and take part in the workshop by doing your own stone-carving. Drive to Alaverdi, famous with its historical monuments and natural beauty. Visit the 10th century Haghpat Monastery, included in the UNESCO Heritage List. Tour will be concluded in Alaverdi and we’ll drive you to the desired location. Drop off location can be any place between Yerevan and Tbilisi.
