Next, head to Borjomi to taste its famous mineral water from the springs. Enjoy a scenic 3-hour hike in Borjomi Park along the Borjomula River. Dinner will be at Nika Khachapuridze's wine cellar, followed by check-in at a local guesthouse in Akhaltsikhe. Overnight in Akhaltsikhe town. Meals: Dinner Day 2: Akhaltsikhe – Vardzia – Goderdzi ResortDrive to the historic Vardzia Cave City, with photo stops at Rabati Castle and Khertvisi Fortress.
