Day 1

08:00 AM: Meet your guide and start the journey. Take a short drive to visit the town of Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia, approximately 2,500 years old and included in the UNESCO Heritage List. Visit the Jvari Church, built in the 6th century, and enjoy a beautiful panorama of Mtskheta, located at the confluence of two rivers. Continue to a culinary masterclass in another province, where you will prepare Imeretian Khachapuri with locals. Overnight in a guesthouse.

Day 2

Explore the Racha Province, driving via the picturesque Shaori Reservoir to Ambrolauri. Visit the 10th-century Nikortsminda Cathedral and Barakoni Church, important monuments of medieval Georgian architecture. Conclude the day in Korenishi Village with lunch, including unique wines made from mountain-grown grapes, such as Usakhelauri (meaning "unnamed"). Overnight in Lentekhi Town or Martvili Village (depending on weather conditions).

Day 3

Visit the Svaneti region, hidden for centuries due to its remote location. Surrounded by wild mountainous landscapes, patriarchal villages, and traditions predating Christianity, Svaneti is home to Ushguli, the highest settlement in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take a walking tour of the village, taste the local Kubdari (a meat-filled Svanetian pastry), and visit the 10th-century Lamaria Church, famous for its frescoes. End the day with a family dinner to experience Svan culinary traditions.

Day 4

Continue toward the village of Becho, stopping for photos in the villages of Kala and Mulakhi. Pass through Mestia before arriving in Becho, where you will start a short trekking tour to the Shguda Waterfalls, one of the tallest in Georgia. Enjoy a picnic surrounded by nature, with views of the Ushba summit and the river gorge. In the evening, have a barbecue dinner with a local family.

Day 5

Travel from the mountain glaciers to the warm Black Sea. En route, visit the Enguri Dam, the largest in the Caucasus. Arrive in Anaklia, a cozy resort town in the Samegrelo Province, known for its sandy beaches and hospitality. Relax on the beach before joining your host to learn about traditional dairy farming and culinary traditions. Participate in a Georgian Supra, a traditional feast led by a toastmaster (Tamada).

Day 6

Drive to the Samtskhe-Javakheti Province and arrive in Borjomi to taste its famous mineral water directly from the springs. Enjoy a two-hour hike in Borjomi Park along the Borjomula River. End the day with dinner at Nika Khachapuridze's wine cellar before checking into your hotel.

Day 7

Visit the Vardzia Cave City, a 12th-century complex with hundreds of rooms carved into the rock, stretching nearly one kilometer and reaching 13 floors. Drive to Gyumri, the capital of the Shirak Province, and explore its unique architecture. Participate in a blacksmith masterclass at the Erankyuni Studio.

Day 8

Drive to Ashtarak in the Aragatsotn Province for wine tasting at the Armenia Wine Factory, a modern winery built in classical Armenian architectural style. Stop at the "Gourmet Dourme" Chocolate Factory to learn about chocolate-making and sample fine Armenian chocolates. Continue to Yerevan.

Day 9

Visit the 13th-century Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the 1st-century Garni Pagan Temple, dedicated to the Sun God Mithra.
